We will refund all the money if we fail to deliver the value promised.

Our academic writing service is guided by primary goals of quality, affordable pricing, and timely delivery. Once you place an order and assign it to an expert, they will do whatever it takes to deliver the quality paper for Grade A.

However, if we fail to deliver a quality paper or ignore some instructions (which is nearly impossible for us), we will offer a refund according to this Refund Policy.

Each refund case will be reviewed separately by our team.

Cases when you are entitled to a refund:

  • No Writer was assigned to your Order. In this case, we can refund 100% of the funds to your balance account. To claim back the money from your current balance, you need to press "Request a refund of your balance" on the order details page.
  • The Writer was assigned, but you decided to cancel the order. We reserve the funds from your account when the Writer is assigned. In this case, the refund amount varies from 100% to 20% depending on the stage of work done by the Writer.
  • Missed Deadline. In such a case we may make a partial refund of an appropriate amount to compensate for the late delivery if it happened by our fault, and we were not waiting for any information from the customer. Such cases are individual and will be decided with each customer.
  • Not satisfied with the quality/missed instructions after revision. Our system works the way that we show You before you placed the order. So if your writer fails to address all instructions even after revision, then we will offer a full refund.
  • No refund claim is accepted for Tips.
  • No refund claim for papers already submitted and lasted 72-hours.
